管它天塌下來
肩膀的肌肉僵硬了好幾天
,是晚上看書姿勢不正引起的
,好不容易
撐到今天。醒來掠了衣服,倒頭睡到中午,弄過午餐,繼續睡到下午,一於少理未完的工作。沒有健康的身體,怎樣作戰?
